We would like to inform you that our Terms and Conditions have been updated and will go into effect on April 10th, 2023. From that date on, the usage of our marketplace will be subject to acceptance of the new terms.
The main changes to the terms and conditions are related to our pricing policy. Due to increased costs of translators, server fees and workforce, we have been forced to adjust our prices for submission fees and extensions. We would like to remind you that we have not increased the submission fees since 2018 and we did all we could to keep them at this point until now. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We believe that these changes are necessary to ensure that we can continue to provide the same level of service and quality to our users.
The main change involves the adjustment of the submission fee for car ads, which is now charged in the amount of 34,99 EUR (VAT included) for the ad on 20 marketplaces (still less than 2€ per marketplace or 0.07% of the average sold car value), that will still remain visible until the car is sold. Smaller modifications were made to the extension pricing as well.
We understand that changes to our pricing policy may cause some concerns for our users, and we would like to thank you for your patience and understanding. We remain committed to providing the best service and experience possible, and we believe that these changes will enable us to continue to do so.
