For sale BMW e46. Engine, transmission, and rear subframe from BMW e39 M5
The car was finished in March 2021. The car was built in more than 2200 hours of work and plenty of development of different custom parts.
Every piece and bit was carefully crafted or renewed, and all safety parts including the safety cage are made according to FIA Appendix J.
Every single bolt and hose on the car was new.
Since then it has 800km on Odo meter - around ten test days, two promotional super stage rally courses, two hill climbs, and four drift races.
The engine was partly rebuilt and works without any flaws, problems, or oil leaks.
The whole engine wiring loom was overhauled and checked, ecu is original with alpha N tune, the car wiring loom is custom-made, and all data from the car is displayed on AiM MXG data logger connected to AiM temperature and pressure sensors.
The rear subframe has adjustable arms and an adjustable swaybar, the differential was rebuilt and the ratio was changed to 3.64.
At the front is the Wisefab FD Lock kit with Light A-arm, and adjustable swaybar.
Suspension is a KW competition 2-way adjustable custom-made to suit the weight of the car and e39 rear subframe.
The power of the car should be around 450HP and 600Nm - never been on a dyno :D
Since the engine is pushed back to accommodate the front oil sump the weight distribution is 50-50, and the car is very enjoyable to drive, with few modifications it can also be a great time-attack car.
