The vehicle is completely custom built and is a unique piece in Europe:
Bodywork:
The bodywork is based on a new piece with an IRECO roll cage and a completely bespoke build for the 60L fuel tank and all 4 shock absorbers with large cap mounts. The engine compartment is similarly tailored to accommodate all the engine and transmission components with ample room to spare.
Wiring:
The wiring in the vehicle is custom made and purely for the needs of this car. All wiring is tailored to MOTEC units. There is a MOTEC engine and differential unit in the vehicle that is fully programmable.
Chassis:
The whole chassis is on RIEGER shock absorbers, which are fully adjustable and are currently after a full rebuilt. The front part of the chassis is made from EVO 9 suspension, and the steering rods and half-shafts are custom made, which are foamed and extended. The front axle is of course fitted with a stabiliser bar. The rear axle is mounted on an EVO10 M Sport tubular system and also on RIEGER shock absorbers. This provides better stability than the EVO9 chassis. The entire chassis is covered with carbon flooring underneath and templates are made for these pieces and the running boards for faster and cheaper production.
Engine:
The engine is used from Mitsubishi EVO9 and the whole rebuild was done by VANČÍK MOTORSPORT. The engine is currently set to 332hp and 612Nm of torque with 102 Octane fuel. A completely different air intake has been used on the engine to ensure faster air passage and thus better quality charge. As well, all the parts around the roll cage etc have been completely custom made for better access and space. 300km have been covered on the engine since the car was built. It is currently set for a 2000km service interval.
Brakes:
All brake fluid lines are made in wire braided hoses which are always finished with F-connectors. The handbrake is custom made for this car. All the brake pads are BREMBO 4-way and the discs front and rear are the same size as on the R5.
Gearbox:
The gearbox is a 6-speed sequential gearbox and is made by KALMAR MOTORSPORT, again exactly tailored to this vehicle. The entire gearbox is hardened to ensure a long service life. The gearbox has a mileage of 300km.
The car drove 2 races and 2 pre-race tests. It was built like new and is therefore in perfect condition ready to sit in and drive. Of course the vehicle comes with the number plates, sports pass and all other documents from the build including the parts drawings that were made to fit this vehicle. There are also a lot of spare parts and moulds for the vehicle to continue functioning.
