VW Polo 1.4 16V

Champion car in hillclimb races in CEZ. 8 races driven (5 wins and 3 second places), 4 track records. The car did not have a single failure in the drivetrain or gearbox during the season (the gearbox was repair halfway through the season).The car is reinforced with an excellent roll cage and has never been in an accident.

The 1.4 16V engine was developed in collaboration with the famous German VW engine tuner Escher Motorsport and with advice and assistance from the Skoda Sports Department. The gearbox is a five-speed dog-box (Skoda Motorsport - one of the more reliable dog-box gearboxes).
The engine has 186.4hp/8100 and torque 169Nm/7300 rpm - which is a record for this engine and displacement (on standard 100 octane gasoline. On racing gasoline or alcohol, engine performance is much higher) .
Built-in forged pistons, forged connecting rods, ITB 38mm with 90mm long tubes, 250cc injectors. Exhaust manifold from Sebring Tuning Exhaust. The plenum has a volume of 3 liters and the intake on the hood is 32x10cm. Balanced crankshaft and all components in the engine. Reinforced clutch basket and 4-arm sintered discs.
Perfectly matched with a short gear ratio 61/11 (175km/h). The gearbox has another spare short main gear and a long one that goes over 200km/h that goes with the car.

The car comes with 24 rims(7.5Jx15 ET 25 and ET28), rain and dry tires, electric brake servo, electric water pump, oil cooler. Brake Pads: CL Carbone Lorraine. The car is extremely light, only 770kg(Polycarbonate windows). Precise suspension geometry with Roll center, built-in racing forks with uniballs, rear beam in uniballs and built-in roll bar, steering rack in uniballs, front roll bar in uniballs. Precisely balanced weight of the car with the driver at 50/50.

Suspension was done by JAM sport from Thessaloniki/Greece. Biltein shock absorbers with mounts in uniballs that adjust the wheel chamber and caster.
ECU master is EMU ... Black. Connected sensors for oil and water temperature, AFR, EGT. Two lambda probes. Mapping done by BoboSport. Tablet computer - dashboard with NAPKO application. Battery Excide(0.5kg).
Seat, steering wheel and seat belts - Sparco.
