Formula 4 is the first step above karting, serving as the entry-level formula racing category. Cars use a 4-cylinder engine with a maximum output of 160hp and are available with chassis from Ligier, Dome, Mygale, or Tatuus, paired with engines from Abarth, Ford, Geely, Honda, Renault, or Tom’s-Toyota. There are no global Formula 4 championships, but national and regional series provide competitive racing opportunities.

Formula 3 cars are typically constructed by Dallara (previously also by Mygale, Lola, Artech) and feature naturally aspirated 3.4-liter V6 engines producing 380–400hp. Since 2017, F3 cars can also use DRS (Drag Reduction System), but no hybrid technology is allowed.

Formula 2 represents the final step before Formula 1. All teams use identical Dallara chassis with 3.4-liter turbocharged V6 engines producing around 620hp. F2 cars feature DRS but do not incorporate hybrid systems.

Formula 1 is the pinnacle of single-seater racing. Modern F1 cars are powered by 1.6-liter V6 hybrid turbo engines capable of over 1000hp with a minimum weight of 790kg (including the driver). While recent F1 cars are not available to be purchased, this category often includes legendary F1 machines from teams like Sauber, Arrows, and EuroBrun, driven by stars such as Robert Kubica, Sebastian Vettel, and Jos Verstappen, offering collectors and enthusiasts a unique chance to own motorsport history.
