Damage Assessment
The vehicle was involved in a rollover during the 2026 Dakar Classic. It came to rest on its wheels and was subsequently driven back to the bivouac under its own power.
Based on the owner's assessment:
The body shell and roll cage require replacement.
The steering system was affected due to a leaking power steering hose, resulting in progressively heavier steering.
The engine remained fully operational after the incident.
Transmission, brakes, suspension and air conditioning are reported to be undamaged and functioning correctly.
This is an excellent opportunity to acquire a genuine Dakar Classic vehicle with proven competition history, suitable for rebuild or use as the basis for a new race project.
