The Citroën DS3 WRC, an emblematic rally car, marked the history of the World Rally Championship from 2011 to 2016. Designed to meet the FIA’s new regulations, it succeeded the Citroën Xsara and C4 WRC, winning several drivers‘ and manufacturers’ world titles.
Chassis number 16 of this car is of particular historical interest. Driven by world champions such as Kimi Räikkönen, Thierry Neuville, Nasser Al-Attiyah, Jorge Lorenzo, Robert Kubica and Yvan Muller, it has taken part in prestigious competitions such as the World Rally Championship, the Monza Rally Show and the Rallye-Circuit.
The DS3 WRC has also gone through a number of different configurations, from the WRC version to the RRC (Regional Rally Car) version, to adapt to the different competition categories. It has been entered by both official and private teams, achieving success in Belgian regional competitions until May 2019.
